No browser transfered to the new phone. called verizon and they resent the service books. After that the browser was functional. last night today the browser has disapeared from her phone? what the heck spent 2 hours with support yesterday

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

verizon users are forced to have a data plan. It's not possible to have a BlackBerry on their network without a Blackberry Data Plan.

Your profile list your bb as the 8380. I believe that is a mistake. You either have the 8830 or 8330. Which is it?

Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > press the Menu key and select Register Now.

That's a much faster way of resending the service books versus spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon. Try it now and see if the browser comes back.

It would be 1XEV for Verizon, but it really sounds like a missing service book.
