Yeah it works. I bought my pearl for -$25 in march under AT&T and extended my contract 2 yrs. Got my $25 check less than 2 months later.

I don't know how the 8320 is, but the audio output in my car sucks with the pearl. Very little if any bass, doesn't turn up very loud at all, sounds very weak. A headphone amp made the bass come out...

Get the seidio adapter listed above or the one with the mic. I have the one with the mic and it works in FULL STEREO in my 07 Civic aux port.

If you have a local Fry's Electronics and are looking for a 2.5mm to 3.5mm stereo adapter you should try out this one made by Cellet for $4.99. It's very much alike the one that Seidio offers...

I too have downgraded from the newst ITA software to this and it has been running smoothly.

No this version does not have the auto-dim feature selectable in the options.
