Maybe.. you have to install a new font pack, and use resource bundle..
Or
Make an image comprising of all the alphabets, map each alphabet with its XYRect co-ordinates, and map each alphabet to keyChar codes.
Now show that image choosing from the array of mapped XYRects on related key hit... over the custom made EditField.
I am sure this is also going to be compatible with the virtual keyboard on touch screens.
