Yes this is doable. All the blackberries Curves faceplates can be changed. You can purchase on on ebay or at cnn.ca...Videos on how to do it can be found on this website or on youtube.

Exactly, this was confirmed to me by an AT&T rep. That is why I sold my unlocked 8320 and went back to the 8300. I can do without Wifi and the GPS on the 8310.

The 8310 should work being it is an AT&T released phone. If it doesn't work, you should get it replaced by AT&T. Are you sure you have a messaging plan on top of your BB data plan?

It simply will not work. The 8320 WILL NOT receive the service books from AT&T, no matter how many different ways you try. I just went back to a 8300 which works great although no Wifi.
