I do not see a BES section (I probably didn't look hard enough). We inherited a client who has an existing Blackberry Enterprise server and install. They currently have a separate server for Blackberry Enterprise (which we just found out today was Enterprise from the previous IT guy). Their network is so simple and they only require a new SBS 2003 server (Windows 2003 SBS R2). The hardware for the server is great (we do not skimp and we don't build clone business systems). I am hesitant to install anything other than SBS 2003 on an SBS 2003 server but my boss has asked me if it is possible to install the BES Enterprise server on the new SBS 2003 server. I know BES Express is supported on SBS 2003 but I do not know if BES Enterprise is supported or if it will even install on an SBS 2003 server.

Can anyone answer the following questions?:

1.) Will BES Enterprise even install on an Windows SBS 2003 R2 server?
2.) Does Blackberry even support such an install?
3.) Anyone have any real world experience with such an install/configuration?

Yes, it is. My roomate has SBS 2003 R2 and has installed BES on it. His server has 2GB of RAM and it's a little bogged down though. I would recommend going to at least 3, if not 4GB of RAM, especially if you're going to run Exchange or anything else on that server too.
