I have a loaner blackeberry and the original users gmail is still forwarding. I am using a new SIM card, and have wiped the device twice. ANy thoughts on how to make this stop?

Welcome to the forums, Jeff.

The original owner will need to remove the pin/imei from his BIS website. You can remove the service books for that email from the device but they may keep returning.

The message will keep coming even after deleting the service book.

you can contact your carrier and they should be able to get it removed for you as well.
