Corey--make sure he pulls battery and reboots. Sometime the service books don't show until after a reboot, like the install during that reboot.

Hi, I'm the guy who Cory was trying to help out. It was pretty weird that despite the several times that we sent service books, pulled the battery and rebooted etc., there was no change. Finally I did ONE MORE sending of the service books and presto chango I had the email accounts back. Things are working smoothly again but it sure has me wondering. The only other thing that I can think of is that I had recently downloaded a new version of the desktop manager (version 4.2.0.14) from rim and did a synch. It seemed to go alright. I can't imagine that performing a synch to my computer would cause the problems that I went through. I'm on fido as Cory mentioned in the first post but I also tried calling rogers. They couldn't help me but they did mention that rogers was going through a big software upgrade and it makes me wonder if there was some sort of disruption for fido. They said that it wasn't possible but hey, you never know...

toemaytoe (creative!)--

I wonder if your issue has any relation to the current known RIM issue regarding IMAP settings?
