i am new bb user. i having trouble sending and receiving picture messages. t-mobile tech support said they are having problems with picture messaging as they are sending and receiving blank piture messages. Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you!

i've had this problem too. also at times i get a message saying that content couldn't be retrieved. when i try to retrieve the content, nothing happens. any clues?

I just called T-Mobile about this the other day while I was driving to my dad's. I get blank messages most of the time but sometimes some pictures slip through. I didn't get much accomplished while on the phone with the lady because I didn't have another phone to call her from. I might try to call back tomorrow.

i had a problem last week with the picture messages of getting the red X after a few minutes, i had called them a few days before and they said that everything was ok, but when you input your phone number(when calling from a landline), there was an automated message saying that they were having problems with my market, but i talked to another rep and they had me do all of this stuff with wiping my phone and what not, now the problem has been fixed...

I spoke with a T-Mo rep on an unrelated matter and he happened to mention a certain quirk with SMS. He said that I wouldn't be able to received a text with a pic unless I first send one out.

I don't know if there is any truth to this since I don't recall sending one out before receiving a text with a pic.
