Are you guys by any chance blocking IPs? When I try to access this site from a particular machine, I still get the message "We are currently down for maintenance. We will return to regular scheduled programming as soon as we get a few hardware issues fixed.." This is not a cookie thing as I have tried using IE and Safari browsers from machines that use this same IP. However, if I use a different machine with a different subclass C IP, I get to this site no problem.

That's DNS not being updated for that other machine. The old server is online still and is in 'maintenance mode' for vBulletin. I'd try flushing the DNS cache on that machine (or the DNS servers, if you have that access).

He upgraded the server and moved the DB to another server for QOS.

That makes sense now. I had assumed you were just doing maintenance to the original server, not putting up a new server. I have updated my DNS and all is now well. Thanks for the quick reply.

Did this upgrade fix the issue when you reply that the submit page gets all jumbled?

The upgrade was hardware only. Fixing an issue with Firefox was not in the cards.

Yeah I am aware, but I thought this would be a good place to put this. Any idea why it does this?

What database error? I have only received two emails regarding database errors (as everytime one happens an email is dispatched to me) and both have been max persistant connections meaning that there were ALOT of users online at those times.

Hi. I see that the wap.blackberryforums.com is still offline. Is there an ETA for getting that back?

Thanks.

It's a bug with the layout being used here. I have directed Tom to a fix for the issue.
