Hello,

I just received my first blackberry, a curve, yesterday from Amazon. So far I like it a lot.

I bought a micro SD card and put it on the device, however I'm not sure it is being recognized. I looked in the manual, I also clicked around some of the icons that I thought might indicate if a card is inserted, to no avail.

How can I make sure my BB is recognizing the micro SD card? The card is a Lexar 2GB.

Go to Options, Advanced, Media Card and if you see at the bottom opf the screen Total Space about 1.8, it is reconized.

I don't see "Media Card" under Options->Advanced

Does that mean the card is not being recognized?

[EDIT:] Never mind, I found it, the "Media Card" item is right under "Options", not under "Advanced". It is recognized properly.
