Just got my new Curve but may return it. Only 2 negatives so far: the vibrate is so weak I never no when I have a message (can't always allow sound) and the track ball works the tip of the thumb rather that the tough pad of the thumb, very sore after just 3 days. Anyone else seeing this issues?

Your thumb is sore from using the Blackberry? WOW!

As far as the vibrate feature, much depends on the holster or the way you carry the device as to how intense the vibrations are felt!

i'd say you should tell your wife to lay off your blackberry b/c she has worn out the electrical motor... hah jk jk.

try taking it back to the store if it's within warranty, it won't hurt to give it a shot

The vibration is definitely weaker than my 7130c....that thing would have made any woman happy

I have the same experience. I can't tell when it's vibrating. My 7290 could rattle your teeth out, but at least you knew you had a message.

I wonder if firmware can fix this by pumping more current across the vibration motor?

I'm getting a Seidio spring clip holster, hopefully this fixes the problem.

Wow! Sorry to hear about your vibrate, or should I say, lack of. Mine about vibrates off the table! I have no problem feeling it in the case or in my pocket with the screen towards me. It is actually stronger than my Pearl was. Must be a problem with the phone you have. You definitely should notice a difference when you get it replaced!

The vibration on mine is good enough for me but everyone is different. My thumbs also have not been sore yet and I've been using it for 3 days straight since I've bought it.
