Is it safe to use my 7290 charger for my 8800? or would I risk damaging my 8800's battery?

I haven't tried it yet, but wanted to ask the pros here first!

USB is USB. If it is a USB charger then yes. The only difference in the milliamps, which if different, will cause the BB to charge slower or faster. I use a RAZR travel charger on my BB8800.

I should have mentioned this....when you plug it in make sure it is charging (the icon on the screen lights up). If the milliamps are too LOW it won't charge at all...won't hurt anything, just won't charge.
