Update:

Paypal rules in my favor and was able to recover .10 cents from Demon.... Buyer beware!

Demon has sent me several PM with various excuses, the latest was last week saying he was waiting for funds to clear his account so he could refund me the $15...

With PayPal's massive seizure of 10 cents from him, I am now only out $14.90....
