Exchange migration, BES upgrade/move

We will be migrating our old Exchange server to an Exchange 2007 box this weekend. As part of this migration, I plan on installing BES on a new box (separate from our Exchange server). BES is currently installed on our Exchange server.
We only have a few Blackberry users.
Is there any way to perform this migration without having to touch the users' phones? Or will the phones need to be reconfigured once the migration is complete?
