That sounds great. Just curious, could you please share with us, any other third party softwares you installed?

TeleNav rocks. I have only used it briefly (and just learned you can org. it via the web) but was very impressed.

..and the battery life of the 8800 is just sick...love it.

Have you noticed when using your phone on a regular basis that Telenav drains the battery faster? My boss is complaining his 8800 battery last shorter than his old 8700.

Get newsclip from the Blackberry site, mobile.blackberry.com then go to downloads and then to applications.

as for adding the digg RSS feed:
when running newsclip hit menu and go to add feed from URL and enter

http://www.digg.com/rss/index.xml

and it should be good to go. I agree, Digg is great and i'm happy to have it so easy to get to on my phone.

Its been stated in here a few times that the GPS programs drain the battery faster than anything else. They all say that a car charger is a good idea if your using the GPS alot.

But i would say the battery is great overall.

Well, yeah. The more you do on the phone the faster it will drain the battery. Phone + GPS will drain much faster then GPS alone.
