Default View Calendar On Home Screen?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,
I'm hoping that someone here will be able to help me. I am looking for a program (obviously I would prefer it to be free, but anything will do) that will allow me to view my calendar on my home screen. Something similar to what the Treo 700w looked like. I'm sure that there are tons of them out there, but I would like to hear what you all recommend. Thanks in advance!!!

The new OS upgrade from cingular has a theme called "Blackberry Today" that puts your last couple new messages and upcoming appointments on your home screen. It's very useful.

Obviously the Cingular upgrade is not available to people who use Verizon (like me), but that sounds perfect. Any idea if there is a way to get that onto a 8703 for Verizon? Thanks for the help.

In my 8700C it is called BB Dimension - Today

Really quite nice and I did not even know I had it after upgrading. That for pointing it out!

You can try the Phantom Theme. I like it because there are only 3 options that shows - Messages, Phone and Calendar. So if you have anything scheduled in the future, when you scroll to the calendar menu option, it tells you your current or future schedules right there and then without you having to open your calendar. And if you want to open it, just click your trackball.

Is there any way to have the BBToday screen appear as the default screen if you keep your BlackBerry locked?

Thanks for the help! After this thread, and using the search button I figured out how to download the BBToday theme, and I love it! It is exactly what I was looking for. I can't even begin to tell you how bad I needed something like this. I was even thinking about switching back to the Treo so I could see my calendar on the home screen. If you think I'm mentally unstable now, well check my signature! Thanks again!!!

Those files are for if you want to push it to multiple devices from a BES.

If you're downloading OTA, then use the .jad files.

Thanks. I downloaded the .jad files to my Mac. I am stuck from there, not sure how to open or get the theme to my BB. Maybe I should just forget it, too difficult.

Do you have a data plan? If so, just go to the link in your BB brower and download directly to your Blackberry.

Just downloaded it to my BB, got the successful download page. Can't find it, it should have downloaded to my Home screen, but it didn't?
