My pearl is showing an extra Opera program.

I had an issue with Opera saying it had no connection. So I installed another opera over the top. It worked for a day perfectly fine, then all of a sudden the menu and highlighting option went pitch black and don't show detail.

So I attempted to download another opera and install it over the top, but now its showing two opera programs on my menu. I then went to un-install under options and my pearl removed one of the opera installations and left the other. It doesn't show that Opera is install but it is still there and functions, just incorrectly with the blackout top and bottom.

How do I get rid of Opera now? OR how do I fix the blackout issue?

Pull the battery out for 10 seconds.

Then the easiest thing to do, is hide the icon. scroll to the icon, press menu and then hide.

I would connect to the PC and see if it's still showing up there.

Delete both.

Options > Advanced Options > Applications

(Find Opera Mini)

Menu > Delete

Then reinstall.

He said that it doesn't show up there anymore, but the icon is still in his apps menu.

I'll try the Link with the desktop manager tonight. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Since I like opera, and want a working one again!!
