Exclamation Huge problem! Exchange and BES conflict?

Please Login to Remove!

My director is starting to get nasty with me!

His blackberry is receiving calendar reminders, but his outlook client is not? Can anyone tell me what to do????

Sounds like a desktop issue. Have you tried recreating his outlook profile?

What are the versions involved...BES version and SP level, Outlook version

I had the same problem with one user in my BES. I did the /cleanreminders and then deleted and recreated the user's mail profile and that did the trick.

I've also had to do this in the past, but the problem came back. I ended up recreating his NT profile to fix the problem for good. Only seen it once.

are you using roaming profiles? those are a major source of profile corruption. glad you got it figured out and once again, the BB continues to work flawlessly while M$ products take a dump.

We do use roaming profiles. Definately something I will have to look into a little more deeply. thanks for everything.
