Is there a limit to number of calendar entries...? or is it depends on the size of the memory blackberry device has?

If there is a limit, I've never seen it. I've had managers with 10-20 entries a day and not fill up. Remember if your device runs out of memory, the first thing it does is delete your Exchange (or domino, etc) based messages off your handheld first.
