Ok I did the 7100 upgrade 3 weeks ago and its been fine. I have been able to open jpg attachments the whole time. For some reason now its not. I get an error that says "An unknown error was encountered"

I have tried emailing myself different jpgs to see if it was the files themselves - nope.
I kept the Jpg sizes below 100kb - nope
I tried upping the cashe size to 5mb - nope
I tried Rebooting - Nope

I'm stummped! All I want to do is set some new wallpaper.

Anyone seen this?

havent had any issues with that I cant open allattachemenst all the time

I had the same problem and resent the sevice books and it cleared it up. I can't take credit for the fix, it was on another thread.
