I recently installed 4.1 software on my bb7250.. It disabled bblight and I am not able to d\l it again from ota page.. I get an error message.. Any ideas?

im having a problem getting bblight to run on my new(reconditioned) 7250.
I loaded it with the app loader on the desktop manager. Help!!!!! this program is imho the most important aftermarket app.
I used the link above and its in the phone but still wont do its job.
