I am using both BES and BIS email from my 8700. For the BIS accounts, there is a nice link from the desktop to view the email from each of those accounts inbox (one link for each account, though it doesn't seem to hide sent mail). However, you get to the BES mail by going to the "Messages" link on the desktop, which combines the mail from all of the accounts. I'd like a way to easily get a list of just my BES mail from the Desktop. It works if i go to Messages, then click View Folder->Inbox. It then shows just the BES email. Is there a way to make a custom link on the Desktop or convenience button go to this Inbox?

Sorry, no. You best alternate solution is to create a custom search that only displays your BES messages.

Thanks, that could help a lot! How does one setup a custom search? Is it possible to setup an "alt-key" shortcut for the search? How does one set that up?
