How to update PRL & AT&T merger ?

I have a 7280 and am in Boston. I only seem to connect to Cingular network, never AT&T (AT&T does not show up in Options, Network either). I know on my verizon phone I have to update my PRL (preferred roaming list) by using *228. Is there an equivalent to update my Cinuglar Blackberry? Should I expect to use AT&T in the Boston area prior to the merger?
