bb browser locked up.... i have to turn off and turn back on to get phone to operate normal. when i goto browser it freezes and locks up. im all out of suggestions of different things to try, for now im stuck with using opera which is tailored for 4.1 atm. :( any ideas? this problem occurred when i got a myspace.com email and clicked on a link inside the email to view the msg that was left for me, while the browser was trying to load the link it locked and now when i try to open the browser it locks the entire phone. maybe its a bad cookie i dunno :;((((((

this happend to me....Took it to t-mobile store and sales guy took the battery out for a second and put it back in. Works fine after that.

he said if the problem did continue, to contact tmo cust support and send it back.

ill try that again, didnt work the first time i tried. maybe i didnt leave the battery out long enough.

... I can make it happen at will by going to a paritcular website every single time.

You can do other things, but is very slow until you pop the battery.

the same thing happened to me. I just got a new one. Take it back to t-mo before 14 days or else you'll have to order one to get it instead of them swapping it out at the store.

This site is rejecting it when I try to put in a URL:

try tennessean (need the www and com)

I'm finding that if i start loading a site then switch to a different application the phone is extremely slow almost frozen. Is this what you guys are seeing?

Any suggestions for my problem are welcome as well.

I notice the locking up in only one website and its mobileplay.com everything else works fine

yea most websites i go to are fine.
