I was the first geek at a store here in Delaware to get mine this morning. I love this thing so far. I think the speaker is fine, no bad, not great. I think that the vibrate is just fine. The biggest fear I had was the jog wheel, and its not bad, even with only an hour or so of playing so far.

I went from a 7105 to the 8100 and its great so far!!!!
