Is there any reason that the current add on applications might not work?

Google Maps, BBtoday, BBWeather, Yakon, Mino, Berry 411, VNC?

I haven't seen any discussion of this area.

Generally speaking, no. They SHOULD all work fine on the Pearl or any of the upcoming blackberries.

There would be a small change it might not work properly , but only due to poor application programming on the part of the third party software vendors.

There may be minor issues with the screen resolution, but rest assured, it will be fixed in due time.

thanks.. my only issue was timing.. I am going to europe on the 21st.. so if something doesn't work I'm stuck..
