I have owned a Blackberry 7250 through Sprint for last 2 years. 2 days back I tried calling sprint customer service and they automatically tried to push an upgrade but the call dropped half way through and the upgrade probably didnt come through. Since then I am getting error 348 and canntuse my phone or email.

Is there any way to uninstall the download or get a complete download or fix the phone?

Sounds like there could be some sort of corruption with the OS? Do you have a back-up? Can the BB still communicate with your computer? If so you may want to download the javaloader.exe or JL_Cmdr (they have both been posted here) or see d_fishers sig. and wipe the BB and do a fresh install of your OS. The BlackBerryFAQ at the top of the forum has links to the carrier sites for OS downloads.
