Changed BB and can't sync w/ Outlook

I have changed my BB from a 6750 to a 7130e. All's well aside from synch'ing to outlook. When I went in the configure the PIM it seems it cannot connect to my PST. The error reads '...MS Outlook is missing, invalid or points to a file of zero length'. As well the browse button doesn't work. I have tried a new PST and it works ok, but I am not able to move everything I have to new PSTs. Too much to convert etc. I've removed and re-installed mapi32.dll per a google answer but that didn't help.
Any ideas?
