Default Blackberry Web Client

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new user that has two different email accounts from two different companies that he works for. We have pretty much narrowed it down that we can redirect his mail to the web client in order to receive all the mails from both accounts. I have a couple of questions about this feature.

1. Is the delay on web client mail still 15 minutes?

2. If he can receive on both how is he suppose to be able to respond as both? I am not aware of anything that adds a from field in the blackberry so you can specify the from address when reply. I know you can change it one thing but how can the user choose which without having to log into the web client?

Thanks for the help

I'm sure someone will jump in if I have this wrong.

I believe BWC checks your pop mail accounts at least every 15 minutes and copies email to you BWC account, from there it goes directly to your blackberry. If you forward your email directly from your email server (don't use BWC to check the pop accounts) to the BWC address you get it at your blackberry "instantly".

There is software, I believe free, that lets you select your reply to address. It is also included in PocketDay. I haven't used the reply to software so I'm not sure how it works.

There is more information in the other forums on this site. I think it is aftermarket software forum.

Natively you can't set multiple reply-to addresses, but with the webclient service book you can select either your desktop email address or a webclient address.
Unfortunately you can only have one reply-to email address set in the webclient. But as the previous poster mentioned, it may be accomplished using pocketday (which unfortunately, is not free)
