is there anyone I can set someone up as just a user manager. I want certain hel;desk personell to be able to manage users, and not call me every 5 minutes for menial tasks. Is there a way to accomplish this?

You sure can - open the BES Manager, click on BlackBerry Domain and select the Role Administration Tab. You can add specific users to each group based on the roles you want them to have. We have done this with great success in our shop, and it was the only reason we actually bothered with the 4.1 upgrade!

Thanks for the info. So they have to log into the BES to utilize? or is there a remote tool to do this with?

Again... thanks for the quick response.

No problem - just install the software on the user's desktop. When you choose the items to install, select "BlackBerry Manager" from the list, then follow the prompts. You may have to reinitialize the install file after rebooting the workstation if you install from a network drive as opposed to a CD, for instance...
