a few quick questions about the new blackberry 8700g which i am about to purchase....

1. Is there full bluetooth on it like most mobile phones to allow you to connect the blackberry to another mobile phone or to a computer via a bluetooth dongle??

2. if there is full bluetooth can the blackberry be used as a remote control to control you pc or laptop for powerpoint presentations, media players etc?

3. can you dial to the internet through the 8700g from o2???? like you can through bluetooth or a wire on a mobile phone through gprs????

1. No. Bluetooth is limited to wireless headsets and syncing PIM data (and only PIM data) to a laptop.

2. See 1.

3. Using the included USB cable and Desktop Manager, you can use the BB as an EDGE modem for your laptop. I don't know if that works specifically on O2. There is an excellent Sticky Thread FAQ at the top of the General BlackBerry Discussion forum which has tons of information on using your BB as a modem. Again, no BT data transfer.
