TMobile store, Atlanta, 5th and Spring.. $349+50 rebate on 2-yr extension. Christian and Jeff are doing upgrades "manually" until the system is updated. The first store I went to this AM didn't know squat.

yeah - you have to call and get "retention department"... and then they'll mail you an 8700.

$399 for a 1-year extension here in Chesapeake, VA (Greenbrier). Manager had to do it manually as well as it wasn't listed as an upgrade in the system.

Christian is awesome. Spoke to him on the phone on Friday and he remembered me this morning, although it was another rep that helped me out.
