So in my ignorance I set up my Desktop Manager to reconcile my emails, which I shouldn't have done since I do not have a data plan and will not be viewing emails on my BlackBerry. But I did, and now I have oodles of empty folders imported from my PST files.
Is there any way to get rid of these other than wiping the thing? I see no way of deleting folders...
Thanks for the answer, but I'm afraid they are still there. Interestingly enough, I had two pst files (and thus two sets of folders on the BB) one called Personal Folders and one called Blackberry. The Blackberry folder set went away but the Personal Folders one persists. I wonder why that is?
Just tried something new. I created a new Outlook Profile called Dummy Account. It's empty with no accounts. I then set Desktop Manager to use that profile in Redirector and restarted the programs. Now on resync I still have the Personal Folders folder set, but it only has Deleted Items, Inbox, and Sent Items. So it must be tied to that Profile somehow, even though I have Personal Folders set to "None"
