Does anyone know if BB has any plans to introduce a Camera Phone or a Ruggedized Phone for Public Safety applications?

RIM recently announced that they developing new BlackBerry models with new options, such as a camera BlackBerry. Havent heard any word on a ruggedized version. No word on expected release date.

There is a million posts on this topic and most people don't need a camera. Most of the cameras take horrible pictures anyways.
