How to access Lotus Notes database

Hi Guys,
First post here. Firstly, very pleased to meet you. Secondly, I hope you would be good enough to assist.
I have a Curve 9320 with access to my work Lotus Notes emails via BEL. At work I have access to two replicated databases that I would like to access from my Blackberry.
Can anyone give me any instructions on how to do this? I have done some searches, but I am not too sure what exactly I need to search for.
