Dear All,

i have a problem with blackberry 9780. it is for the CEO who is traveling in 12 hours. when activating the device is stucks at 0% and start dowloading emails. it can send emails but not recieving while stucking at 0%. I deleted his account and purged it and recreated it. same result. i tried the sim on other clean devices and got the same results. sometimes, it works up to 31% then give a message " and error occured. email or password could be incorrect, contact your admin".

Have you tried using a wired activation through Desktop Manager?
