It was not too terrific when trying to view the "BlackBerry 10: A New
Experience Revealed" e-mail on my Bold 9900 to only have the bold totally
lock up and require a battery pull to be made operational again.

It was not a demo it is a video that should play on the BB. I did not have any problems. Maybe you have an app that is in conflict with that type of media.
Others may add comments that will offer more info.
