I am going back to using my 9700 (with OS5) from recently disliking the new Curve 9360. I didn't care for the Curve's keyboard, device getting hot easily, and poor battery life.

Do you guys know if any of the OS 6's for 9700 have option to change home screen panels as the OS 7 does? Or, any way to download the OS7 on the 9700 to make it work?

OS 7 will not work on the 9700. Just doesn't have the horsepower. OS 6 barely works from what I have read.

Cannot answer the home screen question as I do not have a 9700.

OS6 works quite well on the 9700.
