I have the unlock code. I can get to the enter code box. But I cannot get it to accept the code. It doesn't use up any of my "tries" it just disappears.

What am I doing wrong? I googled, one site said push enter. Nope.

On this site it says Jog dial.. that's the scroll wheel right?

What you describe is because your BB is already unlocked!
