I have a torch 9800 and I have it unlocked for tmobile. Everything is working except for two things. Facebook app and I cant send or receive pictures. Everything else works internet, email, bbm. Can anyone help me please?

Sounds like you're missing a couple of service books. Log into your T-Mobile BIS page and resend your service books.

Just login to MyT-Mobile, then phones and look on the right for the link to update and there is a Send Service Books option.

it doesnt show my device, so then I click on it to put the right device but obviously they dont show a 9800, which one should i pick

Any, the closest would be the 9780 or the new 9900... doesn't really matter. It's just loading a picture.

the only link i can find that has anything to do with service books tells you how to send the service books for the email.
