Default Anyway to select whether to use wifi or network in apps?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have got a Blackberry torch 9800, with 250mb of internet.

How do i know when im browsing the internet when i have connected to wifi, and when i am using my internet allocation. Does the wifi hotspot name have to come at the top of the main screen?

At the top right, i see a white wifi sign, with the blackberry symbol. Does this mean anything?

And how can i use the Youtube/Facebook/Twitter apps on wifi? - actually how can i set all apps to use wifi or data?

Any help would be appreciated,

THanks.

No. You can't select it. If the app is able to use WiFi, it will do so by default.
