See if you can boot in safe mode - do a search - and if you can do so, back up the device. You will not be able to do a backup otherwise.

Dude, the thing is that I cannot access the Black Berry at all, it's restarting after the white screen, App Error 523, I know how to wipe it, but desktop manager is taking way too long to initalize the device. Kept the usb in there for 2 hours, but it's just staying at Initializing Device.
I downloaded the Desktop Software, v.6.0.0.2

Hey, Dude, I understood you perfectly. Did you search? Did you try booting in safe mode? If not, let me help you out:

See KB17877-How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in safe mode.

If you can't do it, then you are SOL as far as doing a backup.

To fix the device, see What should I do with App Error 523? - BlackBerryFAQ.
