You need to make sure that you have manager access on the Old BES and New BES to access, modify, create and delete state databases.

Notes Error: User is not authorized to open BES\state\1621850378.nsf

KB01469-Minimum Domino Access Control List permissions for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server

Thank you. I'm not as hot on Notes as I am on Exchange. We changed the permissions on the State folder which worked a treat.

I am having a similar issue, I receive a message in the transport that states unable to replicate state database.

The strange thing is the the preview portion confirms everything is set and I definitely have full manager access with my notes id. Also, the state database is created on the destination server but it looks like it is just the stub, no info is actually replicated over.

You need to be sure that you also have the correct permissions on the SQL side of things as well.

Yep, sql accounts specified in the transporter both have full db owner access to their database.

Nay, errors are Notes/Domino related not SQL.

You require permissions on the destination Domino BES server for:-

(1) Create database/replicas
(2) Replicate database

Have these check.
