I have a SideKick2 and recently purchase a BlackBerry 7100T from a freind who no longer wanted it. I have the unlimited data plan with the SideKick but even with that i cannot access the internet on the 7100T. I was wondering if like the SideKick2 the 7100T had the option to load apps via the usb cable ?

yup...did ur friend also give u the disk for the program...its called Blackberry Desktop Manager. If not, u probably can download it on nextel.com/blackberry or at blackberry.com

No he didn't give me any software but I'll go see if I can find it on one of the sites you listed, thanks alot.

So you can use the voice service on the 7100t?

I just wonder if your unlimited data plan is the same as the BB data plan, also you need to register your BB with the carrier and they will send you the service book, which include the internet browser, IM, and BB email.

BTW, on this week office depot ad, the have the free 7100t with 1 year service aggreement.
