Build quality on my BOLD 9700 is 100% but on my Torch 9800 is not at 100%
problem is the slider is a little lose. moves left & right A VERY small bit + you can hear a little knock as the slider hit the phone when touching bottem of the screen. + little light gaps under the pull out keys..

Now is there anyway i can get the problems fixed or where can i get a good build on the 9800 i only got for the big screen for internet use ...

Can not go back to the shop as i am outside my 28days

Just curious, can you tell where your phone was assembled? On my storm 2 the assembly point sticker is under the battery. My storm 2 was assembled in Mexico.

From this page, you can go to other pages within the UK warranty section at Blackberry. Not sure with your carrier, but AT&T wants to be the first contact in a warranty issue and they then provide the contact information with the manufacturer.
