Please Login to Remove!
I can't set up my wireless sync on my torch. I have seen the posts telling me how to do this but, under: contacts: options: I have no wireless sync?

Welcome to BB Forums.
Are you using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)? Wireless Sync is available on for BES accounts.

yes! at first it was set to wireless but when plugging it into the desktop software I had to turn it off to get it to sync. that seemed simple, but turning it back on its just not there?

If you are on BES, then you need to talk to your BES Admin and your company's IT Staff.
