Unhappy Email Syncing Issues (using BES Express)

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

Since this is my first post I would like to say a big Hello to everyone

We have just bought about 30 BlackBerrys and implimented a BES Express on our SQL server.

All phones are connected now without hassle yippe however we are having problems with emails...

If i get an email and i read it within Outlook and delete it, my phone says the email is still sat in my inbox and unread.. Appears not to be syncing...

Another example is, over the weekend my BlackBerry may report I have 25 emails unread. If i read all these emails and come in on Monday outlook shows i may of read 6 and not read the rest... Very Confusing...

I am hoping you will be able to help me out on this one as it is very annoying when users ask me why it is happening and I cant tell them why...

Thanks for reading this and lets hope i get lots of feedback.
