We are a hoster looking for CAL License to provide hosted Blackberry BES as add-on for Microsoft Exchange 2010. May I know where could we get it from?

You plan to host BES services and you don't even know where to get the CALs from?
I think maybe you're starting off on the wrong page.

you may need to check with RIM for that or see if you are able to get few free CALS from service provider
