Hello All...I figure if you guys cant answer this, I'm in big trouble....

So, we just deployed a brand new BES 5.0.2 environment with Exchange 2010 and cannot get AD auth to work. Correction...it's worked maybe twice. I've been through all of the KB articles and suggestions and nothing seems to work. Here's my question...

In many of the forums and articles I've read, I keep seeing the mentioning of an "LDAP" tab in the Blackberry Configuration Utility where you can enter a username and password for LDAP and then test that account. When I look in our BCU, I do not see that tab. All we have is an "AD Authentication" tab where I can put in a Username, password and domain...but no "verify".

When I think back to when I did the install, we had IPv6 enabled at the time...before I knew it was a no-no...and when we got to the part of the install where we could choose between AD and BAS auth, AD auth wasnt available...the radio button was greyed-out. Could this be why I dont have that tab? Would that have anything to do with the issues I'm having?

The BAS logs show "unable to perform LDAP operation"...that's it.
