After the OS upgrade Friday the clock will not display when using a wall or car charger. It will display with USB to computer charger. Clock display settings are correct and I have rebooted, removed and replaced the battery and swapped the battery to a new battery.

I am having the same problem. Even if I manually select and display the clock, set in bedside mode, the screen will dim completely. Device is plugged in and charging. I have checked all the obvious, display clock is selected under the 'when charging' option within the clocks options.

Anyone figured out how to get back to where it worked pre-update?

if you guys are useing version 973 theres a long thread at crackberry forums people complaining how buggy it is and their phones wont go into bedside mode
